Editorial: Eye of the Tiger

I've been feeling very focused lately. (I mean, I'm blogging! When is the last time I did that anywhere near as much as I am now?) We're working on some exciting things with Feather right now, which I hope to announce tomorrow. I'm just waiting for all the pieces to fall into place.

The above remix of Katy Perry's "Roar" and Sara Bareilles' "Brave," along with this editorial from Dress to Kill Magazine, pretty much explains my inner mood right now. I'm feeling like the queen of the desert whose brave roar can bring the world to my feet. (Watch out, world.)

Monday Mood Board: Feeling Royal

I've been really drawn to images from period pieces. I guess I'm just in some type of royal mood or something?

After being sick all weekend, I am in the mood to be pampered. I'd like to kick my feet up and have people wait on me while I recover. Unfortunately, that's not a possibility. I did get my mom to get me some saline spray for my wicked sinus attack, though. I'll pretend the gesture was a little more grand than it actually was.
