I re-watched a few scenes from the first generation (seasons 1-2) of UK Skins last week and I forgot how much I loved the show. People get crazy about the interpretation of teens on shows like Gossip Girl and The O.C., but they've got nothing on any generation of Skins. With the drugs, sex, partying and complete lack of parental supervision, the Parents TV Council would've had a heart attack if the American version was anything like the original. But the show may have also lasted longer if they stuck to their roots.
But I digress...
My main point: UK Skins is one of the best shows to ever hit television and everyone should at least watch the first generation.
